This is the first mobility workout. About 15 minutes of targeted movements to create space on the areas that are more needed after any physical activity or working out. Inspired by yoga but different in the sense that the movements are not hold for too long and our goal is to keep the body open and flexible. Great alternative for a short yoga class when you don’t have the time. No props needed. If you are not warmed up consider doing a few movements before entering this mobility flow.
